Lee Elder
Mr. Elder has over 25 years of Sales, Marketing, and Retail experience. His background consist of automotive, industrial , and construction. Mr. Elder has done work for several Oil Distributors which consist of the Mobil, Exxon, Shell, Chevron, Texaco, Valvoline, Union 76, Kendall, Conoco, Coastal, Warren, Citgo, Castrol, Pennzoil, and Phillip 66 brands. He has also been involved in the GM, Ford, Mopar, Toyota, Honda, Detroit,and Caterpillar oil marketing programs.
Mr. Elder has a successful track record of growing sales and implementing programs that have grown the customers bottom line. Some of Mr. Elder's programs are still in effect and have shown continue strength in the applied application. He has an extensive background in on site training for customer service programs and demands positive results from his clients. He has demonstrated a record of consistency in all lines of business.
With a proven track record comes multiply sales recognition awards Mr. Elder has received from ExxonMobil and Caterpillar for sales growth. He also launched Service Your Customer Now an on-line survey program that has developed into a product of CompeteWell.
Mr. Elder has been married for 25 years and has 2 daughters. He likes to play golf, watch football, and travel.
Walter Brown
Mr. Brown has over 30 years experience in Retail Sales, Marketing and Wholesale Distribution Management. He has a successful track record in nearly all business disciplines including sales, operations, human resources, network and systems administration and marketing.
Over 25 years have been in petroleum sales and distribution; marketing for several large Mid-Atlantic wholesale petroleum distributors supplying products for Mobil, Exxon, Shell, Chevron, Texaco, Kendall, Citgo, CAM2, Castrol, Pennzoil, and Quaker State brands. He introduced the private label oil programs in Virginia for major car manufacturers including General Motors, Toyota, Honda, and has promoted dealer programs for Ford Motorcraft, Volvo Heavy Equipment and John Deere. He has represented national account programs for Exxon, Mobil, Citgo, Shell and Pennzoil brands with a successful track record in growing sales, implementing national programs, and maintaining account relationships.
Mr. Brown's interests are in computer technologies and utilitizing emerging trends and best practices to develop effective marketing strategies to help clients aquire customers, develop stronger relationships with customers and retain business.
He has been with CompeteWell since its inception; helping to develop and launch the "Service Your Customer Now" on-line customer satisfaction survey program and NOWMail! Email Marketing services. He has also designed web sites for many of our clients.
Mr. Brown has been married for 20 years and has one daughter.
Robert Lasson
Robert has over 18 years in Operations and Retail experience focused largely in the automotive industry. He has had the opportunity to help build several small companies along the way which has allowed him to create many highly productive, family-oriented, principal driven teams. Although his work history has predominately been in operations, his true passions have always been in the creative services arena.
Robert's formal education includes a bachelor's and Master's degree in Design from the School of Design at North Carolina State University. He has obtained his Master Certified Internet Web Professional, E-Commerce Designer and Search Engine Optimization Specialist certfications, as well as, his A+, Net+ and I-Net+ certifications. Throughout his education and career, Robert has worked with such companies as Ford, Black and Decker, Philips and Pfizer to name a few.
Robert was lucky enough to marry his high school sweetheart and together they have 3 wonderful children: one son and 2 daughters. He loves to coach his son's soccer team and on Sunday mornings, he can be seen at children's church as the somewhat clumsy, but always loveable, Gordo.
